Hi, I’m Andrea. I’m an executive coach dedicated to helping you find your voice and cultivate your greatest potential.

I’m a big fan of people doing things bigger than they ever dreamed they could.

Before launching my coaching company in 2012, I worked as a public relations and marketing pro, morning radio DJ & freelance journalist, and an internationally-traveling video producer. I spent 12 incredible years learning how communication and leadership works:

• I traveled internationally interviewing leadership experts on their most compelling experiences; people like: Marshall Goldsmith, Stephen M. R. Covey, and leaders at American Airlines, Ford Canada, The Economist, U.S. Olympics, U.S. Army and more.

• I broadcasted and worked behind the scenes coaching leaders and everyday folks on how to bravely tell their stories of wins, failures, hardships, adventure and more so they could make an impact on others. 

• I wrote. A ton. News releases, news articles, award-winning marketing campaigns, speeches, websites, bios, resumes. (My hand hurts remembering all my field journals and notebooks!)

• I was on the grind; a voracious student of life and leadership. 

But, I had one big problem: as impressive as I became at helping others find their voice by getting confident and clear on their messages and ideas, I felt totally insecure in my own voice.

…And, I knew I wasn’t alone. I knew that other people - strong, amazing, accomplished and ambitious people - also suffered from the same challenge.

That realization fired up a passion to more deeply understand and commit to practicing personal and professional leadership techniques. I wanted to more intimately know about the communication processes, mindsets, strategies and techniques that created better relationships, greater confidence, and bigger opportunities in life and business.

Today, I’ve coached thousands of professionals and teams.

(It honestly feels so kick-ass to be able to say that, that I get goosebumps writing it.) I’m proud to say that people call me “coach” and that I’ve served as their driving force in winning the title, getting the raise, earning the key accounts, raising the dollars, leading the change and more. 

My goal is simple: to stand with you as you find your voice and cultivate your greatest potential. I want to plant seeds with you and watch as you profit from growing your confidence and skill as a leader and relish the freedom you’ll earn from it.
